Help with the problem you are seeing

Get your laundry routine moving again.

A washer that stops mid-cycle can have a draining, spinning or door-lock problem. Describe the point where the cycle stops and whether water remains in the drum. You do not need to identify a faulty part before asking for service.

Not Draining

Pump, hose, filter, and control issues that leave water in the drum.

Not Spinning

Motor, belt, lid lock, drive, or balance problems that leave clothes soaked.

Leaking Water

Door seals, hoses, valves, and drain paths that fail during fill or spin cycles.

Before you book

A few useful answers.

Have a question about your appliance? Talk to us at (201) 740-4744.

Why are my clothes still wet after the spin cycle?

Draining, balance, drive or control problems can leave clothes wetter than usual. Tell us whether the drum spins and whether water remains in the washer; the cause needs to be checked before a part is recommended.

Can I request service for a front-load or top-load washer?

Yes. Include the washer type and brand, along with any error code. Mention if the washer is stacked, in a closet or part of a combined laundry unit.

How much will the repair cost?

The appliance, fault and parts affect the price. Ask about any visit or diagnostic charges when arranging service, and discuss the repair estimate before deciding on the work. An online request is not a final repair quote.

What happens after I send a request?

The service team reviews your appliance details and address, then contacts you to confirm availability and the next step. Your preferred timing is a request; an appointment is confirmed separately.
